BioVex® is a proprietary ClO2 chemistry that creates a highly effective, broad-spectrum, hospital-grade disinfectant. It attacks surfaces as an oxidizer working immediately on contact and continues its work until dry. This 15-gallon drum must be used with an HVS Automatic Activator. After a few seconds of mixing, the activated concentrate is then added to tap water as directed and is Ready-to-Use. The slow-release activator allows for BioVex® to become even stronger over the first week, ensuring maximum effectiveness from the moment it is activated until the time it is used.
BioVex® is Certified Organic, pure ClO2, leaving no residue or carcinogens behind and requires no rinse. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, it kills mold and mildew, and eliminates odors. It is highly effective on all hard non-porous surfaces and is safe to apply on most porous surfaces as a sanitizer and cleaner. BioVex® should be used as part of a daily routine or more often in high traffic areas. It can be used in ULV Foggers, Electrostatic Sprayers, spray bottles, mop buckets, or other cleaning applications at 500 ppm and on food contact surfaces at 50 ppm - 200 ppm (additional 9:1 - 2.5:1 dilution required)
